Your session begins with a personally selected card, offering a theme or intention to anchor your experience and create a sense of meaning and focus.
Short Guided Meditation
A gentle guided meditation helps settle the body and mind, encouraging slower breathing and a sense of safety before sound begins.
Quartz Sound Bowls
Pure quartz sound bowls are played in a carefully structured sequence. The tones and pacing are intentionally chosen to help slow brainwave activity, supporting a shift toward alpha and theta states associated with deep relaxation and meditative awareness.
Designed Sound Journey
The sound journey gradually deepens, then slowly transitions to lighter tones, allowing your nervous system to re-orient smoothly. The session concludes with a gentle return to alertness, helping you feel grounded, clear, and present.

Rather than offering predictions, my tarot session is used to support self-awareness, clarity, and inner knowing, allowing the wisdom gained during the sound journey to be softly acknowledged and grounded.
